Orders & Shipping
Yes. Complimentary ground shipping is available on all eligible orders within the United States.
- Orders placed by 3 PM ET, Monday–Friday arrive the next business day.
- Orders placed by 12 PM ET Saturday arrive Monday.
- Sunday orders typically arrive Tuesday.
Some exclusions apply, including orders shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
At this time Santana now is unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders require a valid street address for delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view live tracking under My Orders at any time. For additional assistance, contact info@santananow.com.
Personalized and custom engraved items require additional production time and are not eligible for overnight shipping. Please allow up to 30 business days for these pieces to ship after your order is placed.
We recommend ordering well in advance for birthdays, anniversaries, or on other meaningful occasions.
Yes UPS Next Day Air is available for domestic US orders (one business day) and for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (one to three business days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Santana now accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original form of payment. For cash purchases, refunds are issued by company check. Gifts received may receive a merchandise credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unaltered, and in sellable condition, accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless it is defective.
Personalize or custom design items and products tied to charitable organization donations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all engraved or made-to-order pieces as well as any charitable collection items.
Product Care
Keep your jewelry dry after each wear and gently polish with the soft cloth to remove residue and maintain shine. Avoid contact with chlorine, cleaning products, lotions, perfumes, and hairspray. Remove jewelry before exercising, cleaning, showering, or swimming and apply beauty products before putting on your pieces.
Store each piece in the provided pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tarnishing. For long-term storage use an air-sealed bag and keep your jewelry in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Pearl jewelry should be stored separately to prevent surface damage.
Clean gently using mild dish soap and warm water. Do not soak silver for extended periods. Avoid harsh liquid or dip cleaners, which can damage finishes. For sterling silver tarnish, use a soft polishing cloth. If you are unsure about the appropriate cleaning method for your piece, contact us before proceeding
Clean delicate gemstones such as pearls, opals, malachite, and turquoise with the soft brush and mild soap solution. Then pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and do not use polishing cloths directly on gemstones. Keep gemstones away from heat and direct sunlight.
Yes for persistent tarnish or visible wear, you may send your piece to our artisans for professional cleaning. Contact info@SantanaNow.com for details on timing and pricing. Note that all repairs also include complimentary professional cleaning and polishing.
Warranty & Repairs
All Santana Now Jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Coverage includes:
- mechanism flaws (clasps, hinges, bales)
- broken earring posts or clips
- chain damage
- missing or loose gold dots or pave stones
The warranty does not cover:
- lost or stolen items
- accidental damage or negligence
- natural tarnishing
- items purchased from unauthorized retailers

- Full name
- Phone number
- Return shipping address
- Copy of your receipt (required for warranty claims)
- Style number or photo of the item
- Description of the repair needed
- Whether the item has been previously resized or modified
We will reply with the service order number and packing slip. Please ship your piece securely with insurance and tracking.
Repairs typically take four to six weeks after we receive your piece. Our team will assess your jewelry and send you a detailed repair summary and quote before any work begins. You may approve the repair or have your item returned for a $40 return shipping fee. A tracking number is provided once your piece ships back to you.

All Santana Now supply chain partners are required to uphold the standards of the Jewelers Vigilance Committee, the Responsible Jewelry Council, and the Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America.
