How It Works

  1. Submit Your Request

    Email us at info@santananow.com with the following information:

    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Return shipping address
    • Style number or photo of the item
    • Description of the repair needed
    • Note if the item has been previously resized or modified
    • Original receipt (required for warranty claims)

  2. Receive Your Service Order

    Once we review your request, we'll send you a service order number and a packing slip to include with your shipment.

  3. Ship Your Piece

    Pack your jewelry securely and ship it to:

    We recommend shipping with insurance and tracking. Please do not include sentimental packaging, as items are returned without original packaging.

  4. Expert Evaluation

    Our team will carefully assess your piece and send you a detailed repair summary and quote for your approval. You can choose to proceed with the repair or have your item returned for a $40 return shipping fee.

  5. Cleaned, Polished & Returned

    Every repair includes complimentary professional cleaning and polishing. Once complete, your piece will be shipped back to you with a tracking number. Repairs typically take 4 to 6 weeks after receipt.

What's Covered Under Warranty

All Santana Now jewelry is protected by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Covered repairs include:

  • Mechanism flaws such as clasps, hinges, and bales
  • Broken earring posts or clips
  • Chain damage
  • Missing or loose gold dots or pavé stones

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, accidental damage or negligence, natural tarnishing over time, or items purchased from unauthorized retailers.
