Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders. Express, next-day, and international shipping are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery times:

U.S. Domestic (Ground): 3–7 business days
Mexico: 5–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days (where available)

All orders are shipped signature-required to ensure safe and secure delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, the customer may be subject to a restocking fee or charged the full cost of the item.

These pieces are not eligible for overnight shipping and may require up to 30 business days to ship.

Charitable Product Orders

Orders containing charitable items ship via USPS and typically arrive within 4–10 business days after shipping. Please note: charitable items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
